Delivery Fee
The specific price details are visible when you have chosen the location (within or outside of the Netherlands) and method of delivery during checkout. As a part of the White Glove Delivery Service, a customer will be called 30 minutes prior the arrival of the order and the product will be delivered to the designated room. Delivery Times
Lazzoni furniture is tailor-made for you. Lazzoni Nederland does not keep stock. Each order is produced individually and custom-made to your specifications. Production begins only after your order confirmation and design approval. Typical lead time: 10–14 weeks, depending on model and materials.
Assembly
It is possible to arrange the assembly service within the Netherlands for the price of EUR 125 excl. VAT per hour for 2 men and if needed, a fixed price of EUR 150 incl. VAT for a moving lift per delivery, unless otherwise stated. There is no assembly service for purchases outside of the Netherlands. For inquiries please send an e-mail to: info@lazzoni.nl
Change or Cancel Orders
Within 48 hours after ordering, you can still change and/or cancel your order in whole or in part, at no extra cost.
Returns
In case you are not completely satisfied, you can return the unused product with its original packaging within 14 days and you will receive the full purchase price back. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund for customized products which were specially made to your specifications and were not in stock. Please read carefully the Refund Policy.

Our Assembly Service is available for customers who would like their LAZZONI furniture to be assembled professionally and correctly by our team.
Proper assembly is important for the final look, stability and long-term use of your furniture. Many LAZZONI products are modular and require careful installation, adjustment and alignment. With our assembly service, your furniture is installed with attention to detail and according to the product specifications.
SERVICE OPTIONS
You can choose from two assembly service options depending on the type of product and the scope of work.
Per Unit
This option is suitable for standard furniture items where the assembly scope is clear in advance. It is usually used for individual products such as beds, tables, cabinets, nightstands, dressers or similar items.
Per Hour
This option is used for additional assembly work, service visits, custom installations, adjustments, complex modular systems, wardrobe projects or situations where the total work cannot be calculated per item in advance.
SUITABLE FOR MODULAR FURNITURE
LAZZONI furniture is designed with modularity, precision and long-term use in mind. Wardrobes, wall systems, storage units and larger furniture combinations may require professional alignment, levelling and connection between modules.
For larger projects, our team may advise an hourly assembly service or prepare a separate installation estimate based on the product selection, room conditions and complexity of the work.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Assembly service applies to furniture installation only. Delivery, external lift, parking costs, wall mounting preparation, electrical work, disposal of old furniture and other additional services are not included unless confirmed separately.
The room must be ready before assembly starts. This means the space should be accessible, clean and free from obstacles. For larger items, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the furniture can be brought into the property safely.
If a product cannot be assembled due to limited access, unsuitable wall or floor conditions, missing preparations or other site-related issues, additional costs may apply.
For wardrobes, wall systems and custom modular furniture, we recommend contacting us before ordering the assembly service online.
