A factory order is generally 7-12 weeks for a delivery placed locally. For in stock items, the lead time will be within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase. Long distance deliveries generally add an additional 2 weeks to the lead time. Custom made orders add an additional 4 weeks to the lead time.

1- Get to the stains quickly. As soon as a spill or stain occurs, get to cleaning it immediately. Waiting too long before treating a stain – even a matter of a few minutes – can cause the stain to set, making it harder to get out.

2- Only use a water-based cleaner to clean the Lazzoni upholstery. A water-based cleaner is a type of solution that uses water as the main component.

3- Vacuum. Before cleaning your fabric sofa, use a hand-held vacuum to remove crumbs and any other loose particles. This will make it easier to identify and focus on troublesome stains when it comes time to clean.
 

4- Dry your fabric sofa with a soft towel. Pat down any wet areas with a dry towel to soak up the residual moisture. DO NOT scrub the sofa, gently brush off any remaining cleaning solution.
 

5- Let your fabric sofa air dry. Let the upholstery air dry overnight.

HR-foam has special comfort properties and advanced flexibility. As opposed to standard foam the structure of HR-foam is heterogeneous, the cells are of different size and differently react to the applied load. When the load is low only the small cells react, what matches the reaction of soft foam. As the load rises the bigger cells with higher resistance begin to work. This gives the marvelous comfort feeling and provides the correct anatomical body support.

Sitting down on a HR-foam seat one will not feel any extra hardness or fall-through effect and when the load increases the HR-foam will confidently take the body weight and evenly distribute it.
